Dr Jennifer Rayner is a strategist and policy expert with almost two decades of experience at the intersection of policy, politics and advocacy.
Jennifer specialises in climate, energy and economic policy, bringing a sharp strategic mind, deep subject matter expertise, and a strong understanding of Australia’s political landscape.
She is known for her ability to cut through complexity, build a compelling case for change, and design strategies that shift debates and deliver real reform.
Jennifer has previously held senior roles with leading Australian climate organisations including the Climate Change Authority and the Climate Council; advised federal and state politicians as a Chief of Staff and senior policy adviser; and worked closely with clients across Commonwealth and private sector agencies.
